ABOUT ME
Hello Friends! Welcome to my website. Thank you for stopping by.
I am a physician, certified life coach, and mom of two little rambunctious boys.
For most of my life, I operated from the place of perfectionism, fear of failure, self-doubt, and thought of I-am-not-good-enough.
Luckily, this mindset served me well for the most part, and despite some roadblocks, I succeed through college, medical school, residency, fellowship, and landed a great job.
However, when the pandemic swept through the world in 2020, my mindset became unsustainable, and I started breaking down, experiencing burn-out from work-life imbalance.
I was stressed, overwhelmed, and perpetually sleep deprived.
I became lost and desperate, not knowing a long-term solution, not knowing if I wanted to continue working as a physician.
Then, I found life coaching.
