PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When purchasing a service from Dr. Michelle Life Coach, LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”), you are agreeing to the following payment terms, conditions, and disclaimer. Not abiding and agreeing to the following conditions may forfeit any client services and may result in termination of service. All coaching services and communication, email, invoicing and otherwise, are delivered by Dr. Michelle Life Coach, LLC.
Additionally, all clients are required to review and accept the Company’s Terms and Conditions and are subject to conditions in the Disclaimer.
Dr. Michelle Life Coach provides 1:1 life coaching sessions. Our Coaching packages vary between $1250 to $5,000 (with payment plans available), with package duration options ranging from 6 to 24 weeks, or longer options, depending on individual needs. The first step in your journey with Dr. Michelle Life Coach is a free 1 hour consultation session. During this session, we will explore your goals, expectations, and review a life coaching development plan and package that suits your needs.
FORMAT OF SESSIONS
Face to face (venue by mutual agreement), via Zoom (organized by the Company); telephone coaching sessions (organized by the Company); or other format where such is agreed. The length of each session is as agreed between the client and the Company before coaching sessions commence, contingent on the service package purchased by the client and fees paid in full.
In accordance with the Company’s current per session fee or monthly coaching package fee, or any other such fee shall be agreed by and notified to the client. Coaching packages vary between $1250 to $5,000 (with payment plans available), with session duration options ranging from 6 to 24 weeks options, or longer options, depending on individual needs. The Company will confirm the fees during initial Consultation and written in electronic invoice delivered to the client via email. The number of sessions for which payment is required in advance will be agreed before coaching sessions commence.
The Company may agree to provide additional coaching sessions after completion of the initial agreed session(s). These terms and conditions will be applied to any additional sessions so provided and the per session fee or monthly coaching package fee will remain the same as originally agreed except where the Company notifies the client in writing by invoice or email of a change to the fee or to any other term or condition in accordance with the section in these terms and conditions headed “Variation of Terms and Conditions''.
DATES AND TIMES OF SESSIONS
The date and time of the first session and any subsequent session will be agreed between the client and the Company by phone, email, and/or website scheduler (https://www.drmichellelifecoach.com/schedule) and confirmed by the Company by email and/or the website scheduling service.
To use the website scheduling service, please perform the following:
-Open your browser and navigate to: https://www.drmichellelifecoach.com/schedule
-Enter the following password: Coaching
-Select schedule one hour coaching session
-Choose an available date and time, click Next
-Enter the requested information and click Book it
-You will receive a Zoom invitation for your scheduled session via email.
Sessions can only be rearranged in accordance with the section in these terms and conditions headed “Rescheduling Sessions”.
Fees can be paid online by debit or credit card using the Company’s website payments systems, or by check made out to Dr. Michelle Life Coach, LLC. Receipts will be automatically sent to the client’s email after the payment is paid.
Fees are payable in advance of each coaching session/package unless otherwise agreed. When payment has not been received by the Company in advance of a coaching session/package, the Company is not obliged to provide the coaching service.
When payment is required on receipt of invoice rather than in advance, a charge may be levied for late payment or immediate termination of service.
Dr. Michelle Life Coach, LLC may assign the client tasks or exercises to complete between coaching sessions. There is no obligation on the client to complete these items of ‘homework’, but doing so may enhance the client’s progress in gaining improved quality of life or achieving desired business or personal outcomes.
The client may contact the Company by phone or e-mail between sessions to seek clarification regarding anything arising from a coaching session or for administrative purposes (e.g. where a client needs to reschedule a coaching session or make a payment). Additional coaching can also be provided between sessions, but there will be an additional charge for this. The Company will always advise a client in advance if the nature of a client’s contact is likely to incur an additional charge, and no such charges will be imposed without the client’s agreement.
If a client needs to reschedule a coaching session, they should provide at least 48 hours notice. No refunds will be given to clients for unused coaching sessions unless 48 hours notice has been given. In exceptional circumstances, the Company may need to reschedule a coaching session. In those rare instances, the Company will do its best to give the client 48 hours notice.
When a client pays for a session or sessions in advance, they must have the coaching session(s) that they have paid for within 3 months of the payment or their fee is forfeited.
In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behaviour by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other any other reasons, Dr. Michelle Life Coach, LLC can decide to terminate the service to the client early or refuse or be unable to provide further coaching sessions to the client. In such a circumstance, the client will be given reasonable notice of termination by the Company and will be refunded any advance payments made for coaching sessions not yet provided.
Dr. Michelle Life Coach, LLC will aim to enable the client to improve their quality of life or level of personal/business success and to achieve their desired outcomes. Remarkable results can be achieved where clients follow a clear plan in a committed way. However, the client has sole responsibility for taking important decisions in their life or business. The Company has no liability for any loss incurred by any client, whether financial or otherwise, following commencement of coaching sessions, or for any perceived failure by the client, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve a material improvement in quality of life or business or to achieve their desired outcomes or goals.
VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Where an Initial Number of Sessions is agreed, any changes to these terms and conditions intended to take effect prior to the conclusion of those Initial Number of Sessions will only have effect if agreed by both the client and Dr. Michelle Life Coach, LLC, and confirmed by the Company in writing by email or electronic invoice. In other cases, the Company may change any of these terms or conditions including the per session fee or coaching package fee by giving the client two week’s notice in writing by e-mail of the change(s). If following receipt of such notification of change, the client no longer wishes to proceed with further coaching sessions, they may withdraw from the service immediately by giving notice in writing by email, and they will then be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid in advance for coaching sessions not yet provided. Such notice will be effective on receipt by Dr Michelle Life Coach, LLC.
